WOW! You have put a TON of thought into the process and it seems
workable. I especially like #11 and #12. If XX people take part in
the selection process and X people wish to register their objection
and/or non-participation, I think that will present a fair picture. My
hope is that *ALL* those who wish to register an opinion will do so
with honesty and refrain from sock puppetry or other tactics in an
attempt to sabotage the process, but if it occurs, I'm sure we can
brainstorm a solution in the [PL2008] Results Discussion (or other
generally agreed thread) after the vote should it becomes necessary.
